The bed & breakfast offers delightful double, twin or double for single use rooms, each with private bathroom en suite (with shower, hairdryer and towel sets), 21” colour television, air conditioning with independent control, minibar, Internet Point (pc common use in breakfast room).
The rooms overlook an inner courtyard (no traffic noise!) very quiet for a restful nights sleep. A delicious italian breakfast menu is served in a pleasant breakfast room from 08,00 to 10,00 AM. Additional services can include fruit and flowers provided in your room.

The bed & breakfast is in a palazzo of the 19th century, fully restored in 2005. Located in the heart of the old "Marina" district, in the historical center, in a very quiet and restful area, with tranquil settings where you can enjoy a relaxed and restful stay in the "city of the sun and the city of the sea”.
Being centrally located you have a choice of enjoying the beautiful Mediterranean beaches and promenade with views of mountains, or spend a lazy day in the nearby historic centre enjoying the local dishes and fine restaurants. From the hills of Cagliari, only 5 minutes walking by the bed and breakfast, beautiful views of the multicolored sea which blend with the city, a true panoramic sight.
Poetto beach in summer becomes a paradise for swimmers and sun bathers with 10 Km of brilliant white sandy beach. There are lots of Cafès, bars and seafood restaurants to choose from. The little port of “Marina Piccola” has delightful pleasure boats and tourist moorings of “Su Siccu” in the middle of the city. From here you can easily reach all the principal sites of historical and artistic interest of the city and also the most famous areas for shopping, restaurants, pizzerias and italian "Trattoria".
Cagliari is the capital of Sardinia (the autonomous island region) and also of its province (in Italian Provincia di Cagliari). The city has many places of interests (all very nearest by the b&b) and is steeped in Roman history. Cagliari’s port was the main entry point to the island for many centuries, bringing in many peoples and cultures. The area around the port, known as old district "Marina", is a fantastic meeting place, because there are many renowned restaurants, italian “trattorie", pizzerie, cafés, bars, and eateries here. Not too far away is the enchanting of "Poetto" beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, where you can watch the Cagliaritani enjoy their holidays, together with the many tourists that come to the coast here.
The transfer of Sardinian from Carthaginian to Roman rule in 238 BC marked a profound change in the shape of the city. The tower of Stars, Political centre, museum and historical buildings line the paved roads and town squares. Numerous artefacts date from the punic era and various activities of particular interest are religious artefacts such as the small terra-cotta votive figures from S.Gilla and the necropolis tombs of Tuvixeddu. There are also many traces to be found of the Spanish and Pisan invasions of the island during the first centuries of the last millennium.
Lodging in our Bed and Breakfast means staying in the heart of the city, at few steps from the magnificent monuments of Cagliari, from all the main tourist place and also from the beach (reached with local buses in 10 minutes bus stop in front of the B&B).
Beaches just 30 – 45 minutes from the city: Nora, Santa margherita, Torre di Chia, Su Giudeu, Tuerredda, Torre Piscinnì, Porto Tramatzu, Teulada, Cala Regina, Gereméas, Torre delle Stelle, Solanas, Porto sa Ruxi, Capo Boi, Campus, spiaggia del Riso, Porto Giunco, spiaggia di Simìus, Punta Molentis, Costa Rey. The mountain are just 30 – 45 minutes away.

the winter months can be up to 20% less. Flights and transfers

2. The hotels, guest houses and B&Bs presented represent
some of the more charming places to stay and are very well situated
for exploring the surrounding towns, cities and countryside -
always within easy reach of a regional airport. Having visited
virtually all hotels in each of the places presented, we believe
these hotels offer the best combination of price and quality
available.
3. Fly-Train holidays: fly to the recommended airport
and take a train to the place you will be staying for your Short
Break. For packages with airport transfers included, please note
the following differences;
i). Airport transfer train tickets only: Transfer train tickets
are forwarded to you with your Trip Guide prior to your departure.
ii). Escorted airport transfers by train with separate luggage
transfers: After you have collected your luggage, we will meet
you at the airport arrivals hall and accompany you to your hotel
by train. Your luggage will be taken separately to your hotel,
leaving you free to travel in comfort. Escorted transfers are
only available on Short Breaks arriving and departing on Wednesdays
and Sundays, unless stated otherwise.
iii). Airport transfer times are generally less than 1 hour by
train, and are often included in the package price.
4. Fly-MeetU holidays: fly to the recommended airport
where we will meet you on your arrival and take you to your hotel
either by car or mini-bus.
5. Fly-Drive holidays: these short-breaks are typically
in places that are not served by regular public transport or
areas deserving further independent exploration under your own
steam. Therefore, we thoroughly recommend that you arrange car-hire
at your point of arrival in Italy, or use your own car if driving
down.
6. All our Short Breaks can be extended by as many days as you
wish - please ask for a quotation.
