Day 1: Transfer Day. Settle into your hotel and anjoy the rest of the day in Pisa - you are within just a few steps away from the city's most charming places to eat and drink. View beautiful walled city of Lucca.
Day 2: Pisa City Visit. The Leaning Tower is no more than a leisurely 15 minute walk from your hotel.
Visit the Leaning Tower, stroll along the banks of the River Arno, window shop along Borgo Stretto and enjoy the cafe life around Piazza Dante in the heart of the student quarter.

Day 3: Florence City Visit. Florence and it's many treasures of art and architcture are just a short trip away by train.
Breakfast followed by a 10 min walk to the station for the train to Florence which is 1h15 away.
Spend a relaxing day walking around the historic centre of Florence, all of the main places of interest never more than a few minutes away by foot.
Take a train back to Pisa for an early evening arrival at your hotel leaving plenty of time for dinner in one of the local restaurants. View photos of Florence.
Day 4: Relax on the coast or take a trip to Lucca. Have a relaxing day by the sea, either; - in the 'sleepy' seaside town of Marina di Pisa, 0h20 by bus, or - in the popular, more 'lively' Italian resort of Viareggio, 0h20 by train.
Alternatively, take a leisurely half day trip to the beautiful walled city of Lucca, in the foothills of the Appenines, 0h35 by train.
For those deciding on a day in Viareggio, we'll have bicycles reserved and waiting for you so that you can really make the most of Viareggio's long, shop and tree lined coastal promenade. Lunch and a ride through the San Rossore protected nature reserve to the tranquil waters of Lake Massacliuccoli.

Day 5: Transfer day. Since Pisa airport is only 15 minutes by taxi from your hotel, book your return flights later in the day to enjoy at least an extra half-day in Pisa before leaving. View photos of Marina di Pisa.

Hotels: For this holiday, you will be staying in the historice centre of Pisa, in an extremely well-appointed and charming hotel just 10 minutes by foot and 5 mins by taxi from the Pisa railway station. Trains run between the airport and railway station every 30 minutes and takes just 5 minutes. Ideally situated for staying in the heart of this most relaxing city and making day trips to other places by train.
Extend your stay Additional nights in Pisa cost from 55 euros pppn, staying in a 3 star hotel. Spend an extra day or two in Pisa to explore the city, museums and galleries. Break. Airport transfer times are generally less than 1 hour
by train.
4. FLY-MEETU holidays: fly to the recommended airport
where we will meet you on your arrival at the nearest airport
or mainline railway station, and take you to your hotel either
by car or mini-bus.
5. FLY-DRIVE holidays: these short-breaks are typically
in places that are not served by regular public transport or
areas deserving further independent exploration under your own
steam. Therefore, we thoroughly recommend that you arrange car-hire
at your point of arrival in Italy, or use your own car if driving
down.
