All bookings are made and accepted according to the terms and conditions described below.
The following Booking Conditions, together with all information relating to your chosen holiday as specified on our web-site, form the basis of your contract with Xtrallusion Holidays.
 1. How to book your holiday
To make a booking, email or phone us with your holiday requirements. We shall then forward by email a quotation. If you decide to go ahead with a booking, we will, subject to availabilty, email you our booking form, attached in electronic form. Your quotation is valid along with a temporary reservation for 10 working days within which time you must complete and return our booking form and have paid the appropriate deposit. The form must be completed by the first named person, ("the party leader"). The party leader is responsible for making all payments due to us. Once we have received your booking form and all appropriate payments, we will confirm your holiday by sending a Booking Confirmation and Invoice to the party leader. Everyone going on holiday must check all documents (including the Booking Confirmation and Invoice) carefully. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on any document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.
2. Paying for your holiday
In order to confirm your chosen holiday, a deposit of ¬100 (euro) per person (or full payment if your booking form is received within 6 weeks of departure) must be paid at the time of booking.

We will send you a reminder of the balance due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday, after which,
payment of the balance must be received by us not less than 4 weeks prior to departure. If we do not receive all payments due in full and on time, we will send you a written reminder. If you do not pay all payments due in full within 7 days of receiving this reminder, we reserve the right to treat your booking as cancelled by you. In this case the cancellation charges set out in clause 7 below will be payable.
3. Insurance cover for your holiday
We consider adequate travel insurance to be essential. We will not accept your booking unless you declare on the booking form that you have arranged suitable cover for the duration of your holiday. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs.
4. Your contract
A binding contract between us comes into existence when we despatch your Booking Confirmation and Invoice to the party leader. This contract and all matters arising out of it are governed by English law. We both agree that any dispute, claim or other matter which arises out of or in connection with this contract or your holiday will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales.

5.
The cost of your holiday
We reserve the right to increase or decrease the prices of unsold holidays at any time. If there are any changes to the published prices, these will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Once the price of your chosen holiday has been confirmed at the time of booking, your holiday will no longer be subject to surcharges due to possible increases by our local suppliers. Since our holiday prices are in Euros, both quotations and invoices will be declared in Euros. We will make the appropriate conversions into your local currency at the time of booking for paying your deposit, and 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday when we will send you a reminder and the balance due. If currency fluctuations exceed 10% of the cost of your holiday (excluding insurance premiums and any amendment charges), you will be entitled to cancel your booking and receive a full refund of all monies paid to us. You must inform us at the time when the balance is normal due for payment should you wish to cancel for this reason.

We reserve the right to correct errors in advertised. We will do so as soon as we become aware of the error. Changes and errors occasionally occur. Please check the price of your chosen holiday at the time of booking.
6. If you need to make changes to your confirmed holiday
If you need or wish to make changes to your confirmed holiday details, you must notify us by email as soon as possible. We will try as far as possible to accommmodate such requests, but cannot guarantee them. Requests to change the dates of your holiday must be given by email at least 6 weeks prior the start of your holiday, will be subject to hotel availability and an administration fee of ¬20 (euro).
7. Should you need to cancel your holiday
If anyone booked onto a holiday needs to cancel, after the booking confirmation has been given, you must notify us by email or by phone. We will ask you then to confirm the cancellation by sending us a fax. Your cancellation will be effective as soon as we receive your fax. The following cancellation charges will apply to each person cancelling a holiday.

Notification Period Cancellation Charge
4 weeks or more deposit only
15 to 28 days 50%
8 to 14 days 70%
1 to 7 days 90%
On or after the departure date 100%
Please note: Cancellation charges are shown as a percentage of the total holiday cost payable by the person(s) cancelling.

However, the person cancelling may introduce a friend to take their place instead, so long as the following conditions are met: we must be given full details of the persons changing places not less than 1 week prior to the start of your holiday. There is no additional charge for this.
8. Should we need to change or cancel your holiday
Occasionally, we have to make changes to and correct errors on our web-site and other details both before and after bookings have been confirmed. Most changes are minor. Very rarely, we may have to make a change to the accommodation offered in the booking confirmation. In this case, we will always offer substitute accommodation of the equivalent standard or higher, and at no extra cost to you. In addition, when we notify you of a change of accommodation, you will have the choice of the following options;

(a) accept the changed arrangements or
(b) cancel your holiday in which case you will be given a full refund of all payments made to us.

Please note, the above options are not applicable for minor, only for a change of accommodation. Compensation will not be payable and no liability beyond offering the above mentioned choices can be accepted.

No compensation will be payable if we cancel as a result of your failure to comply with any requirements of these booking conditions entitling us to cancel (such as paying on time).
9. Your responsibilities
a) Bookings are accepted on the understanding that all persons travelling are normally in good health and able to fulfil the physical demands of the chosen holiday. Please do not take risks while on an activity holiday. In the interests of safety, you must follow the guidance in our notes, as well as that provided by anybody on our behalf; comply with any local codes of conduct, follow the Country Code, and act sensibly and prudently at all times.

b) It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of all necessary travel and health documents before departure. All costs incurred in obtaining such documentation must be paid by you. We regret we cannot accept any liability if you are refused entry onto any transport or into any country due to failure on your part to carry correct documentation.

c) Our walking itineraries use officially marked trails on established trailways and recommend to you some of the best walking itineraries in the particular area. They are however, just guides and starting each itinerary is an acceptance by you that you do so at your own risk and responsibility. Further more, you agree that Xtrallusion and all those representing Xtrallusion cannot be held liable for any accident or injury suffered by you.
10. Web-site accuracy
Please note, the information and prices shown in our brochures may have changed by the time you come to book your holiday. Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the brochure and prices at the time of printing, regrettably errors do occasionally occur. You must therefore ensure you check all details of your chosen holiday (including the price) with us at the time of booking.
