The Ancient Abode Residence of Art is situated in the commune of Torrita di Siena to few kms. from Siena, Pienza, Montepulciano and Cortona. It’s an ancient Suburb in stone of the XIV century positioned on a splendid hill inserted in a landscape of rare beauty surrounded by cypresses and secular olive groves.
The Residence of Art is an historical abode that rises nearby to a 400 church (inside we can celebrate weddings and religious ceremonies), that gives the name to the suburb "Knoll Madonna of the Olivo". The principal characteristic of the Residence of Art, that offers a service of bed and breakfast or the whole house , is to give a sojourn in a place rich in works of art both pictorial and sculptural (around 300 the exposed works) positioned in all the inside environments and in the park, a sort of cultural trip among the art of the past and the present.

Each Suite is particular and different from the others. The splendid suites are all endowed with bath with shower and hair dryer, frigobar, Tv, gardens and independent entries that lean out on an absorbed hill in a sea of olive groves and secular cypresses in front of an enchanting panorama.
€135 per night B&B for a Junior Suite (low season), to €200 euros per night B&B for a Superior Suite (high season). Possible to rent the entire property.

The property is 400 metres from the historical centre of Torrita di Siena, where you'll find restaurants, bars, cafes and a few small shops. The train station is 1.5km away and can be reached on foot. If you stay here, you really need your own car since many of the places of interest and smaller towns across Tuscany, like Pienza, Cortona, Montepulciano, Montalcino and San Gimignano are not well served by public transport. You can however, visit Siena and Florence for a day by train.
