An ancient village which is the destination of all those who love nature and art, is located near San Miniato, where the countryside is at center stage and the hills blend harmoniously with the medieval architectures.
The villa and the farm were originally built at the beginning of the 1600s in an ancient village, and has been lovingly extended and renovated to create this most comfortable and charming residence in the countryside around San Miniato. Around the villa is an Italian garden for relaxing walks with a small neo-Gothic chapel and a park full of a great variety of plants. Inside the park is a splendid swimming pool with hydro-massage and a pool for children. All the warmth of a great 17th century villa surrounded by nature.

The villa is immersed in the heart of the Tuscan countryside on the hill of the ancient hamlet is composed of 10 apartments built out of a complex of a splendid seventeenth century villa, the farm and the stables. Each apartment is furnished in the typical Tuscan style with elegant fittings. All around is the warmth of the terra cotta floors, the vaulted ceilings and the wooden beams and fireplaces which , like poetic niches, accompany romantic candlelit evenings. From the large patios or private gardens to the exceptional panoramic views over the hills around Bucciano, each apartment is completely independent and provided with all comforts: air-conditioning, satellite TV, microwave oven and everything necessary both for the kitchen and for the bathroom and bedroom.
For those who enjoy company a rustic dining room, built out of the cellars of the villa, provides an area for wine tasting evenings and typical Tuscan dishes while soaking up the flavour and atmosphere of times long past. From June to September the kitchen service is also available at lunchtime if booked.

The residence offers many opportunities for relaxation and entertainment: mountain bikes for hire, itineraries for trekking, a separate swimming pool for children and baby sitter services, a stable which the complex has a special arrangement with, tennis and golf clubs in the immediate vicinity. Moreover, immersed in the peace and quiet of the Tuscan country side, it’s easy to reach a large number of towns.
Events
All year round - Eno-libreria in San Miniato. If booked in advance tastings of great wines teamed with locally produced cold meats and sausages can be organised. Salumi di cinta, pecorino made with untreated milk from the Sienese chalk hills, artisan products made by the local master pastry makers.
