Montecorneo is a family-owned country house, situated in Umbria which is the" green heart" of Italy, only 5 kilometres from Perugia and 6 kilometres from the local airport Perugia -S.Egidio. It is within a short distance from the most famous Umbrian towns, such as Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Deruta, Todi, Orvieto, Gubbio to name but a few. Situated in a relaxing area in the countryside, Montecorneo consists of a 19th century villa and some annexed buildings.

Self-catering apartments; 10 apartments '2+2' (a double bed and a double sofa bed) and 4 small apartments for two people. €90 per night for a 2 person apartment during low season to €155 per night for a '2+2' apartment during high season.

Typically rustic in style, the property has recently been renovated to bring out its simple charm; monocotto floors, wooden beamed ceilings together with wooden shutters are some of its characteristic features.
Montecorneo consists of ten small apartments " 2+2" (a double bed and a double sofa bed) and four small apartments for two people. Every apartment is supplied with air conditioning, kitchenette, private bathroom, room telephone, satellite TV. We provide all linen, including kitchenware. Facilities for the disabled are also available. The apartments share a lovely outdoor swimming pool, normally in use mid May - Sep, with sun umbrellas to provide shade. In addition, there is a park where you can walk or have a rest. Sporting facilities like gym and sauna are at our guests' disposal. For those people who need a room for meetings or conventions we provide a conference room tailored to that purpose. A friendly atmosphere created by the owners' family will give you a warm welcome.
